Carole and Chris, AWSOME hosts. Great spot. Close to Grass Valley and it's downtown walkabouts, meausems, and restaurants. Parking was tricky do to the deep leaves but nailed it on try three. Had a travel trailer so making some of the corners was fine. I will definalty go back when in the area.

Quiet yet only a mile from town. There is plenty of room for setting up camp. The hosts are very accommodating. I hope I have the opportunity to return.

We had a very pleasant stay at Chris and Carole's. We enjoyed meeting and talking with them. Carole met us upon arrival and helped us find the perfect spot to park.

Grass Valley Retreat is a gem, tucked away among Ponderosa pines and birds. The parking spot is large and flat, the space lovely and green, and the atmosphere peaceful and restorative. Chris was friendly and offer good advice for our travels. Would stay again in a minute and would loved to have checked out the town. It looked lovely as we drove by.

Carole and Chris are wonderful folks. I felt like we had been friends forever in just two days of spending time at there great location. Parked in a level spot, under beautiful trees with a covered patio area. Deer greetings in the mornings. I will be sure to return next time I am in the area.
