11.5 acres in NE Tennessee. There are multiple sites available for dry camping and one site with water and 50 amp electric. There is dump available on site for any camper. Very popular area for motorcyclists and hikers. Close to the Virginia Creeper bike trail and Backbone Rock. Stunning valley surrounded by mountains.feel free to use side by sides on the property. When making reservations, please advise if you want the hook up site. We allow up to three rigs, but have only one hook up. Also let me know if you would take a dry spot if it’s taken.we have a very steep driveway coming off the highway, and some rigs may drag. Before approving, we will have you call us to see about ground clearance. Thanks.

We love to tent camp and RV. We have been doing some form of camping for over 20 years. We love traveling anywhere but we prefer to be near water. We do live in the most beautiful place, so now we like to welcome other RV’ers.

Staying with Ella and Garland was my first experience using Boondockers welcome. They communicated very well & made me feel bad that I wasn’t staying longer! Great location, great amenities, great hosts & we traded tours of our off-road campers (MyLORT wants to be a Black Series when he grows up). If I find myself within one hundred miles of their location, im going back! Thanks guys!

Garland and Ella were super nice and helpful they even offered us their washer and dryer. Beautiful place. I would definitely recommend them. I will stay there again if in the area.

We really enjoyed our stay! The property is beautiful and the hosts were extremely accommodating and friendly! We enjoyed sunsets at the top of the hill, driving the hosts side by side around, and relaxing by the creek. The driveway is steep but if you turn right to enter then it’s rather easy. Be sure to drive out to the Blue Hole hiking trail - short and BEAUTIFUL!!!

I think this is the most beautiful, peaceful spot I've ever stayed while boonedocking! I'm usually a hurry up and get there so I can go hiking person, but it was so beautiful and peaceful, I spent one day just staring into the bubbling creek and following the sun around with my chair to soak in the sunshine. My dog loved it there and so did I! My host were amazing people and made me feel right at home. Thanks! I hope you'll have me back because I left trails un-hiked around you. I did go see Blue Hole and it was an easy hike with a nice reward (waterfall).
