Location

* We can only accommodate trailers/5th wheels & motorhomes up to 25 feet in total length not including tow rig. Access Road Conditions: Turning off a two-lane road to non-paved 10-15 ft downhill incline, 20ft wide gated gravel driveway. When pulling in PLEASE swing wide. (Wait for traffic & use both lanes if needed.) In twenty years we have never had issues with even dump trucks coming in & out; this year we have had 4 instances where people damaged their rigs & our property because apparently, our definition of swing it wide is interpreted differently. Parking in grass field. Upon arrival -pull in the gates farthest east, pull in towards garage, then back in to grass area between fence & sheds. 15-amp power via extension cord is available. *closest dump -out station SeaTac Rest Area northbound I-5. Free RV sewage dump & water. ***Day of arrival, please let me know general eta (can update when you are 30 to 60 minutes out) & we will have gates open. Tow Vehicle Parking Details: Parking Next to rig We have recently learned that we need again to remind people to swing her wide and the gravel driveway is plenty wide to not have to cut the corner on the grass coming in…. Lol or not.

Sue was very welcoming and the property is inviting. It’s no wonder they’ve become a legendary host!

It was a loverly and peaceful place for us to stay a night on the way back home from Califonia. Jim and Sue were so friendly, gracious, and accommodating hosts. They greeted and guided us parking upon arrival and walked us through their backyard, which was fabulous. They provided us with power and wifi as well. The place was leveled, peaceful, and private. We really enjoyed staying here. I would definitely stay again if there is any chance. Thank you Jim and Sue!!!

I had a wonderful stay with the Hagberg's! They kindly allowed me to stay on Valentine's Day and Jim gave me a tour of the property and shared their exciting projects with me. It's truly a little oasis that feels further away from everything than it really is. Great people, great stay!

The Hagbergs have a property that seems very much more remote than it is. It's very accesible and near major urban developments (think "Costco") and yet once there it feels like your deep in the country. Even has great nighttime chirping of critters! The hosts were communicative and accomodating (especially with dealing with the issue of the gates to their property, kindly leaving them open before my arrival). Parking is on a grassy area under giant fir trees, seemingly the tallest trees around! That was super nice. There's a bit of road noise from cars passing by, but mostly you just hear the pleasant chirping. As an extra bonus, shore power was available from power run to one of their fences decorated with steing lights!

Such a warm welcome on a very cold night. Jim came to greet us and opened the gate. Wish we could have stayed longer in the morning to learn about the nautical decorations 🤩
