My wife and I love to winter in Florida. We always look for safe places to stay and this is why we decided to offer our farm for RVs traveling thru looking for a safe place to stop over. If just looking for one night stay near route 13. Our back yard is plenty big enough for a stay over and just half mile off the main road. If a secluded farm suits you better we have that to.

It’s remote but worth every mile when you get there. Just wish we had more time to stay and enjoy it. Thanks, Hal!

Hal picked a great spot for RV’s - the view of sunrise and sunset over the creek is spectacular! Hal is friendly and easy to get in touch with. Multiple sites with water and electric hook-ups are in the middle of working farm land on typical picturesque Eastern Shore landscape and very quiet. Our water dogs enjoyed the fields and marsh. Farm road is crushed oyster shells; state access road (asphalt) leading to farm is in a tidal area. We left at high tide and much of the road was under water but was passable.

Driving to Hal's Place was challenging on the narrow county roads, but not impossible. But, oh my, it is well worth the drive! The site is secluded, ultra quiet / dark, and has a gorgeous view. This was our home base to explore Assateague NS. Hal's daughter was a cheerful hostess. During our Nov 10-13 visit, the weather was quite cool at night and the 50AMP power was greatly appreciated. (Each also site has a water hookup too, but we chose not to use it due to the nighttime low temperatures.)
