House Rules
Beside very busy residential road with no fence so children & animals would need to be well supervised. Not a lot of traffic at night but starts building up around 5am with people going to work. Slow Wi-Fi, it’s ok to watch Netflix but not Gaming. Easier to get into spot if you pass the house & turn around and then enter 1st entrance to drive by cars & straight into spot. We park our cars where the Septic system is as the weight of a motorhome would damage it. We have a pool that guests are welcome to use when opened (not opened this summer 2021) absolutely no children under aged 18 in pool without 100% adult supervision. Probably a good stop over if on route to Cape Cod or you would like to visit Boston or Plymouth Plantation. 15 to 20 minutes from several beautiful beaches.
Location
Access Road Conditions: Very busy 2 lane residential road 5 minutes off RT 3. Traffic noise starts up around 4am on weekdays, not as much on weekends but still busy all day. It is possible to move small rocks on my property to enter from a road directly across which I’ve done several times. Entrance is easier coming from the south side as other entrance has lower tree. Tow Vehicle Parking Details: Parking spot is on a stone driveway to the front/side of my house. A 27ft and was able to enter & park no problem. There is room for a lot longer as long as you can get in.

Loved to travel anywhere in the world Details: Emigrated from Ireland in my 20’s. I traveled a lot when I was younger. Backpacked around Europe in the 80’s from Ireland to Greece islands where I slept on the beaches then back through the Soviet countries. Big regret was I didn’t make it to Berlin to see the wall before it was torn down a few months later. 20yrs later went with 2 other ladies and our 5 small children (aged 5 to 7) in a RV to France for 3 weeks, wonderful experience, visited In Normandy and a great history lesson. Visited the beaches where so many died in WW2 and the American graveyard and memorial sites along the coast. There is still great respect for all who goes there. I continued to travel after coming to USA but health issues (my back) have me now grounded. Children are now in collage so I’m an empty nester so considering taking of to see the parts of North America I hadn’t got to visit. I love my dogs (Goldendoodles & Mini Poodle) they are part of my family so of course have to travel with me. Home Town: Hanover MA Favorite Boondocking Locations: One in Ireland, kids sleeping and we backed onto a beach and slept to the peaceful sounds of the waves crashing all night. Also In Normandy. Skills or Expertise to Share: Building web pages, sewing, if using my wheelchair then cooking. I’m disabled so I’m limited to amount of time I can remain in one position.

Good location! :) We were able to easily visit Boston and also venture out to Cape Cod. The host is super friendly and gave us some great recommendations. As others have said the spot is tricky to get into and the road is pretty busy/noisy… so take that into consideration before you go.
