Just down 1.5kms of gravel road, this small farm is surrounded by a rural community. We are located in the middle of nowhere and the middle of everywhere! A maximum 20 minute drive in any direction brings you to towns/cities such as Stratford, Woodstock, London, Dorchester, St Marys, Shakespeare, Ingersoll & Thamesford. 10 minutes more will take you to Kitchener/Waterloo & New Hamburg. Many potential day trips to antique stores, art, nature, plays, shopping, fruit farms, lavender farms, trails are available from here.

Quiet by midnight Pets are welcome and very large space available for them to run off leash but no fenced in area is available. Welcome to enjoy large, cemented, lit overhang of the barn complete with table and chairs, moveable campfire pit and firewood. Water & 15 amp service available n/c.
Location
Pull in the driveway and walk back with me to see the area first please. So so much space but good to have a look together. Large cemented overhang with lights at barn for your use. Table and chairs, moveable campfire pit, firewood, campfire chairs. So so much space :)

The space is beautiful and peaceful. Well separated from the main house to allow for privacy. We were given access to the covered porch of the barn, which was well lit. This was great for inclement weather! Our host was incredibly welcoming and gracious. Access to water to fill the trailer and a fire pit for us to use was an appreciated blessing. The rolling vistas of the corn fields and and forest have you instantly at peace. We would absolutely visit again and we appreciate you opening your lovely space to us!

We were our host's first guests. What an awesome property. The site is behind the house so you must drive on the lawn but there is lots of space to maneuver a rig. The surface is hard even after a rain but may not support large heavy rigs. The host offers a covered cement patio with a picnic table and chairs, a fire pit and firewood. There is water to fill up or connect to your rig. There is 15 amp service. Communication was clear and directions were easy to follow. There is only a short drive on gravel road. The weather was a little unsettled but we hope to have a longer chat with our host on our next visit. This is a topnotch spot with a welcoming host. Thank you for a peaceful stay.
