Smaller rigs can pull-thru. We prefer you do not use your loud generator due to neighbors close by. You can use our electricity/ water at $10 per night or use your quiet generator. Your friendly pet is welcome. Suggested Local Attractions:Modesto is famous for being the birthplace of rockabilly music. You can find great food and live music to enjoy any night of the week downtown. Bicycle friendly area. One hour to San Francisco Bay Area attractions. One hour to Yosemite and gold country mountain towns/wineries. 5 minutes from Highway 99. 20 minutes from Highway 5. Perfect stopover point on your way to/from San Diego, LA, SF, Oregon, Sierra Nevada, Burning Man or if you are making for either U.S. border running from the law. Annette and Hawk were wonderfully inviting hosts. Their spot is in a neat neighborhood and it was a welcome change to have hosts that actually wanted to chat and share experiences. Annette’s travel tips were greatly appreciated as well.

Hosts were very welcoming and we enjoyed chatting with them. Pre-arrival communication via text was easy. The location is in a nice residential neighborhood and was quiet at night. The parking spot inside their driveway gate was flat and secure. Access for our 21 ft van was easy. Thank you H an N for hosting.

Super hosts helped us back in and showed us their fun backyard with artistic and creative things to see everywhere. They invited us to sit and chat for a while and shared a beverage or two. What a lovely and colorful garden also. They have a cool outdoor bathhouse but we’re pretty self contained so we didn’t try it. Appreciated the RV dump also. Gave us some insight on our upcoming destinations too! Thank you Hawk & Nannette for the relaxing stay and sharing your place with us! Hope to come back sometime.
