We are about 20 min from downtown Ottawa in a small village setting. You will need to back in along the side of the house. I normally park my 40’ motorhome there but I have another driveway that I can move it to after you let me know when you will be arriving. Suggested Local Attractions:We will assist you with directions and instructions on all the major attractions that Ottawa has to offer.

We would expect our guess to stay for a maximum of three nights. We are pretty easy going and we expect that the noise level would not bother our neighbors after 10 pm.

Traveling Firefighter Details: I am semi-retired, love to travel and visit new sites. Spend winters down south. Enjoy the RV life. Home Town: Cumberland, Ontario Favorite Boondocking Locations: Well it’s a bit hard to pick a favourite as all my stays have been very enjoyable. I think that when people have things in common, it’s easy to get along and share stories. Skills or Expertise to Share: I am a bit of a handyman. Worked for years as a mechanic. I own excavation equipment so I have experience as an operator as well. I was a firefighter for 31 years. Retired from firefighting May of 2021.

Quiet, convenient location with easy access to Ottawa and its many attractions 30amp power was greatly appreciated Nancy who seemed lovely greeted us upon our arrival and departure. Many thanks for allowing us to stay

Henry & Nancy were awesome hosts. Great conversationalists. They gave us very helpful suggestion and recommendations for the Ottawa and surroundings areas which was very appreciated. Level gravel pad; quite space; excellent Wifi! Thank you so much you guys. Hope our paths cross again. Look us up in Chemainus if you’re out west!

It was a great place to park and run in to Ottawa to meet up with family! Sorry we didn't have much time to visit but really appreciated a safe place for sleeping!

Right off the highway but very quiet. Didn’t hear a thing all night. Pleasant and accommodating host.
