Great hosts and a perfect spot on the way to Carlsbad Caverns. Really has the Boondockers hosting down to a tee. Even had a Boondockers Welcome sign in his yard for easy identification! Joel, Renee and Gypsy were awesome in every way. Highly recommended.

Gypsy was the best host dog ever! We spent a great evening talking with our hosts and realizing we had been to a lot of the same places! They had great advice for future adventures. Most relaxing two nights we've ever had camping! thank you so much!

That's a great location for staying in the middle between 3 famous spots: Carlsbad Caverns NP, Roswell UFO museum and White Sands NP. The parking area is well leveled and located between trees, so we have had a lot of shadow (thats really necessary in the desert). There was a very warm welcome by the hosts and our children loved the area and the dog of the hosts. We highly recommended this hosts for further stays.

I had a wonderful 2 day stay at this location. The host was so kind and let me stay even though she usually only takes one camper at a time she found room for me. The back yard area was perfect for me. Sleeping on level area was awesome. Host kept in touch with me and I could call if I needed her. Great place.

This was a great stay on our way from MO to AZ. The hosts were super nice and helpful. Although we didn’t intend to, we arrived after dark. They came right out and helped get us parked, which was very nerve wracking in the dark, but we got in with no issues. I think they said, they thought we were probably the largest rig that had stayed there, but we had plenty of room for our 40ft 5th wheel. We stayed here as a base to check out Carlsbad Caverns and Roswell, which we had been wanting to see for quite awhile. Would definitely stay here again, if we were in the area. Again, the hosts were wonderful and had a great time chatting with them a few times.
