Located just over 1 mile east of IH-35 in Eddy, TX. 18 miles east of Mother Neff State Park, Temple is 15 miles south and the Silo’s of the Magnolia Market in Waco are just 24 miles to the north. Covered FHU site looks out over a 50 acre hay field.

Location
50’X100’ metal shop building with an RV carport on each end (and a 3rd uncovered position on the gravel) all have FHU and 50a power. Satellite tv works IF you pull forward or park on gravel next to paved pad. Large parking lot for towed vehicle or trailers encircles the shop allowing easy access with towed attached. County road access to site (the 1 mile from IH-35) is gravel and can be dusty.

Darlene retired years ago, I’m not yet retired, but working towards retirement by 09/23. Building our retirement home in Eddy, TX where we have our Shop/RV Barn and are on 77 acres next to our two sons 100+ acres. 2017 Newmar Ventana 4037 Class A, traveling with Stout the wonderful chocolate lab.

Had a great, 2 night stay at High Maintenance Ranch Too. This location is just south of Waco, so it was very convenient. Eric was a great host even though we actually never got to meet face-to-face. His response to messages was very fast. I felt at home parked alongside the pasture, hearing the cows when they thought I was coming to feed them. Eric offers full hookups and dump station. Great to have at this part of our trip.

We stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed our time here! Cell service was great for our T-mobile hot spot and we were able to work remotely. It was a nice spacious area with plenty of room to pull through.

Ideal overnight stop. Eric met us on arrival and directed us into the covered site. We’ll stay again when passing through.

Excellent site away from the noise. There was just the sound of a few cows. nice level concrete pads with electrical, water and sewer available. The host was very friendly and we really enjoyed talking with him.
