Location
Access Road Conditions: Access is by way of a short private road. I can pull my 36 ft trailer into this road from the public road. Note everyone is responsible for their own rig , as a host I accept no responsibility for your rig. Once on site it is quite private as it is not visible from the road. There is a septic system that can be used for dumping and well water for filling. Tow Vehicle Parking Details: Next to their rig

A beautiful spot overlooking the Codroy Valley, Long Range Mountains, Grand River and Cabot Strait. Small river flowing nearby, surrounded by trees ... a really peaceful spot. Flat area with lots of space for turning around, rv dump, fresh water and a generator (if you need to charge-up anything). Host is very friendly and helpful! Will absolutely stay again.

Nice view to the valley. You have your own private parking. Even fire pit with wood!

Thank you for the use of your land. The view was great and although the weather was a bit off we did manage a walk around. Didn’t get to use the fire pit but it was nice to have if we had so chosen to use it. Thanks again

Good communication from host with detailed directions to the turn off the main road. When the road splits at the top, go to left and their are two level spots and firepit with wood. we did not have a fire, but did get some water. Thank you for the quiet space for our first night in NL!

Great host, friendly and verry helpful. Place with a super view, water and dumping. Farm with fresh products, honey and greens just around the corner. Well equiped supermarkt right down the street. Nice beach within 4 minutes drive.
