Our conversations to set up our two nights stays went very well. She was very helpful and extremely accommodating. It is very easy to find and very quiet setting. Our trouble came when the owner drove his lawnmower over our drinking water hose and ripped it out of our RV pulling the plastic cover out by the screws. While accidents do happen - he did not even come tell us but pushed the plastic piece back in and walked away. When asked about it - he acknowledge he did it and apologized but did not offer any solution to our damage. It's unfortunate that this happened - all other aspects were nice.

Hosts were fantastic and made sure we got set up ok. The property is huge and overlooks the farm land. What a gorgeous sunset we had this evening. Hook ups were as described, and the hosts were quite friendly. This was our first trip utilizing Boondockers Welcome, and honestly, if all hosts are so friendly, we will continue with our membership. Great stay, and would most definitely stay here again in the future.

May 6~8, 2022 Our first use of Boondockers Welcome. Host was very accommodating and friendly. We chose this location to attend the 2022 Tulip Time Fest. Perfect location, close to shopping and fuel, but still with a open country feel. Quiet surroundings.
