Alan and Vickie of Rancho are regular RVers and thus, understand the needs of RVers. Although they were away traveling when we arrived, they maintained communication with us before, during and after our stay. Alan set the tone immediately, stating that we were his guests and making us feel welcome. Their home was immaculate, quiet and safe. Very easy parking with a large rig. Highly recommend these hosts.

Our Host - Tom was so communicative with us before , during and after arrival. He sent us a map ahead of time so we would be aware of the area and his home and make quick work of parking. Tom was waiting for us outside like an old friend when we arrived. We began talking like we were old friends. He met our pets and scratched an ear or two. Tom offered us a 30 amp, but did not need as we were just boondocking for the one night. We had a bite to eat after walking our pets in his yard and then watched from inside as many neighbors walked their dogs in the many long trails surrounding Tom’s home. When we were leaving early next morning, it was snowing the way we were traveling. Tom had looked up for us the weather and road conditions of alternatives based on his prior experience- that was our friend Tom again, looking out for us with our travels!

This was our very first BW stay. It was fantastic. Easy drive up to property. Easy getting our 35' trailer into designated area. 30amp worked great. Stunning views of mountains like Tom has said. Porch was very inviting. Communication with Tom was very easy and prompt. We loved going in to town (Prineville) and especially touring the small local Museum. The Bowman Museum. What a gem. Right off Main st. Express Eco Laundromat on 3rd street was one of the best laundromats we have been too. Again Thank you Tom for an awesome stay at Hinkle's House on the Hill.
