We are both retired and loving it! Details: We are both private pilots and our passion for flying is what brought us together over 19 years ago. Recently our airplane was destroyed by a storm leaving us heartbroken. We really enjoyed that activity together, but we are so thankful for all the memories we were able to make over the years. A couple of the pictures we posted were taken from our airplane. :) About a month later. while sitting on the porch of our new home "Homer House", we talked about what we would do in our retirement, now that we no longer have our airplane. We decided to look for a small motor home and go on a different kind of adventure together. :) God provided just the right one! We are both handy and like renovating, so we renovated our 1994 Coachman Catalina Sport into our "Tiny Homer." It was already in great condition, but we wanted to personalize it. We are really enjoying our new adventures in Tiny Homer! We look forward to sharing Homer House with fellow RV owners. Safe travels and we hope to see you soon! Home Town: Homer House in Missouri

Sue and Gene are fantastic hosts. Communication was great and they were waiting on the porch to assure we pulled in to the right place. Parking was up on a grassy area next to their house. The morning views were very nice across the fields. This host is in a slightly remote area of south central Missouri with the last few hundred feet on a gravel road, but access was easy once you made the turn onto their road. If you are looking for a quiet stop with wonderful hosts, definitely consider Homer House.

We loved our stay at Homer House. We found Gene & Sue to have many common interests with us and and enjoyed our visit with them immensely. Definitely plan to visit it again.

You will not find better hosts..... nor better home-baked goodies. Everything is exacly as explained & pictured. We would recommend 100% if you need a place to boondock.

We enjoyed our time at Homer house. Our hosts were very welcoming. They greeted us when we arrived and had a great spot for us to park and enjoy. We stayed 2 nights and hope to come back and stay again. Truly the nicest people. Thanks again for the hospitality.

Wonderful experience; hosts Sue & Gene met us and directed us to a flat area on their grassy lot. Later they brought over a warm bag of baked goodies and we also chatted on their big porch and toured their home & RV. Water was available; only thing missing was an electric outlet—
