Located in the San Juan Mountains and less than 15 minutes from famous hot springs. Lots of hiking, fishing, biking. Quiet location with easy access. Electricity only provided.

1) No outside smoking. We live in a very dry climate and it just isn't wisdom to have smoking available.
Location
We have a circle driveway so it is easier to move a rig around. There is plenty of parking. We are 3/4 mile off the main highway so it is a short distance to our property. Many pine trees for shade.

We have been RVing for 20+ years, first with our children and now we enjoy it with just our three small dogs. Clent is a native Colorado and Lisa has been here since she was 10. We have been in Pagosa Springs for 23 years. We enjoy hiking, fishing, seeing new places, and quiet. We have been on several international and local mission trips and love traveling.

With GPS easy to find, not much indication for the parking but the host came to us as soon we arrived, and show us were to park. Have 30a and almost flat. Very calm and having a visit from a few deer.

Our hosts greeted us and were welcoming. It was easy to maneuver into the spot. They have provided chairs and a table to sit at. The site is very scenic in the mountain forest and deer wandered past the campsite. A very pleasant experience in a pleasant location!

Spacious, quiet spot under trees with 30amp hookup and nice views. (We donated $20 for electric, which Lisa hesitantly accepted). . Easy in and out, 1/2 miles off hi way. Good road. Lisa and Clent, are friendly helpful hosts. Lisa provided us printed info about the 2 larger springs. Would definitely like to stay here again.

I so enjoyed Lisa and Clent. Great communication, so helpful, kind and generous. Their site is nice in the trees and a great location to visit the many hot springs in Pagosa Springs and river walk. I will definitely return someday.
