I live and run my business on this land. So no fires or loud music. Pets allowed but must stay in camper area. (No fence) We just added 50A service and water is also available. We ask for the $10 daily fee only if hookups are used.
Location
Access Road Conditions: Clear access just 1 3/4 miles off I-20 on FM16. If your coming from I-20 we will be on the right at the crest of a hill just past a sub power station. If you have a larger rig swing out wide to right turn into my driveway. (Watch for oncoming traffic.) Parking area on mowed grassy area. Tow Vehicle Parking Details: Next to Rv or behind on grass. Easy in and out. Ground is fairly level. Eric was very nice and met us when we arrived. Look forward to stopping here again.

Eric is a wonderful host. we are repeat Boondockers here. This time we took advantage of the 50A service - Eric even provided an extension so we didn’t have to move the coach. We enjoy the quiet and safety of the site, the kindness and accommodating nature of Eric is a fantastic bonus. We stay in our coach and leave the tow attached so we are ready to hit the road in the morning. Many thanks for another great overnight stay! We’ll be back.

We travel through twice a year and stay here. It’s a great stop. Easy access off the highway, private and open field (great for dog walking), very friendly host. It is also a wonderful place to do some stargazing.

Easy access and a nice spot overlooking some fields, with a power hookup. Eric is very helpful and accommodating, excellent host.

Great People. Very accommodating and answered any questions we had. Van was a cute little town. We were able to see the Christmas light display, it added some cheer to our travels.
