My property has several mature trees that provide habitat for a variety of birds. I regularly see Curved Billed Thrashers, Cactus Wrens, Canyon Towhees, and it is not uncommon for me to see Pyrhuloxias, Cardinals, Verdin, Roadrunners, Great Horned Owls and hawks. I am close to the amenities of the city of Sierra Vista, AZ. One can ride a bicycle on bike paths from nearly my house all the way into town, some 6 miles away. There is highway noise since I am only a block away. The neighborhood is a little rundown with abandon cars and buildings, but I have had no problems with anyone. I have an outdoor water spigot, but my preference would be for one to fill up their holding tank and not have constant pressure in a supply hose. Suggested Local Attractions:Ramsey Canyon Preserve run by the Nature Conservancy, San Pedro Riparian National Conservation Area, Coronado National Forest.

Location
Access Road Conditions: From AZ highway 92 I am about a block and a half away. My street is dirt. It can be a little bumpy and pretty muddy after a rain. Best access is from the street Camino Principal. Tow Vehicle Parking Details: I have a semi-circle GRAVEL driveway where you may park your towing or tow-behind vehicle. Just use the southern one half of this driveway, so I may access the northern. Best to back your RV into the DIRT driveway/path for electric hookup. I may be able to accommodate RV's of around 30'-- one just might have to make a multi-point turn to clear and back through the gate at the road.

BLloyd has a very warm and welcoming personality. He is very knowledgeable about wildlife and plants and showed us the various species on his property. His love for nature and travel is evident as he enthusiastically shared with us his travel experiences and his love for horses. The campsite is comfortable with minimal traffic noise. Water and power were available at this convenient location to nearby attractions. We look forward to our next stay with BLloyd.
