With our 32’ motorhome + tow vehicle, we stayed at the pole barn location & didn’t need any power source for the 2 nights we stayed here. We agree with prior review wanting to score 5 stars for hospitality! Gary & Nancy are a wonderful couple; we had a long chat in their lakeside home while watching so many birds flit about their beautiful garden. Drove the Lake Huron HWY 23 north & south of our location…truly a fabulous part of the world. A quick walk from the pole barn down Tina St brought us to a wonderful little park on the shore of Hubbard Lake…heavenly. A must visit!

There is no rating for hospitality but it would be 5 star. We sat by the beautiful lake and Gary told us about Newfoundland and Labrador. Perhaps we will go there next year. Gary also showed me his restored Austin Healy car. Everything was great.

Just the perfect stop for a peaceful & restful evening. Had a wonderful conversation overlooking the lake with Gary, sorry that his wife Nancy was out of town, but perhaps we will all cross paths in the future!

Our host responded immediately and greeted us upon arrival, showing us around. We enjoyed a cool dip in the lake after a long drive. Our host graciously offered us drinking water to top off our tank which was much appreciated. Top hospitality!
