Just the perfect stop for a peaceful & restful evening. Had a wonderful conversation overlooking the lake with Gary, sorry that his wife Nancy was out of town, but perhaps we will all cross paths in the future!

Our host responded immediately and greeted us upon arrival, showing us around. We enjoyed a cool dip in the lake after a long drive. Our host graciously offered us drinking water to top off our tank which was much appreciated. Top hospitality!

I really enjoyed my time with Nancy and Gary. They are so accommodating and very generous..with their knowledge, their home, their space, and their time. I am hesitant to leave a positive "plus" review because I want this little gem of a secret to remain just mine, LOL, but in all fairness to other Harvest Host and Boondockers Welcome clients, I must be truthful. You will be remiss if you pass through this area and don't stop in. I expect us to remain friends and I hope to catch up with them in Arizona (not telling ya where because it's a great tip. If you want it, stop in and see Gary and Nancy!)

Gary made sure we felt comfortable staying on his property. He shared background on how and why he and his wife have chosen the wonderful location to call home. We enjoyed evening hours talking with him as we looked over the lake and joined him for coffee in the morning on his deck. This was our first Boondockers Welcome adventure and I can't imagine a more welcoming host.
