Just a place to park overnight. There is a 32 foot RV parked on the side of the house. We have water/elec. Suggested Local Attractions: Walkway Over the Hudson, Hyde Park, West Point, and if you are looking for a trip to NYC, take the 1&1/2 hour ride down from the New Hamburg train station ( 10 minutes away).

Access Road Conditions: Location is a on dead end street. Backing into or out of the driveway is required. Parking is available in the 21 by 70 foot driveway. If needed, you can park on the street. BE CAREFUL GPS will try and bring you on the Taconic State Parkway... This road is for cars ONLY. I84 to Route 9 north, right on CR93(Myers Corners Road) is the easiest. Nice and wide driveay and the rosd is a cul de sac. Was very easily able to back our 43’ fifth wheel into place and even had electric hookups for us! It seemed like Mark new everyone on the street and was very friendly! 100% recommend and will stay here again if we’re in the area!

Mark a répondu rapidement aux messages que j'envoyais. Ses explications étaient claires. Il s'est montré accomodant même si je suis arrivé en soirée. Il m'a permis d'utilser son wifi. L'entrée est très large mais un peu en pente. Le quartier est tranquile. C'est une belle escale en route vers New York ou les états du sud.

This was a wonderful host, neighborhood and parking spot. We felt entirely safe and we received a warm welcome from the host. They are on a cul de sac, so great for dog walking or a little people exercise. We were even allowed to let our dogs romp on the extra green space next to the house! It poured overnight so we didn’t get a chance to chat much, but we enjoyed our stay so much, we are already booked for a return visit! Thank you Hudson Valley, we hope you will follow up on the interest you showed in our invitation for a visit with us up north sometime!

Great location. Easy access. 50 amps available for a small fee. Very friendly hosts. Within 10 miles of downtown Poughkeepsie. Driveway a bit sloped, but a few blocks did the trick.
