We have been travelling all over North America in our 1976 GMC motorhome. Travel with our dog Cooper. Driving a classic motorhome requires staying on top of maintenance which I do most myself in the garage at home. Currently under renovation.

Glen and Darlene have a great place to camp for the night! The slab is hidden from the road, but once you pull down the driveway you will see it. They have a large grassy backyard with gardens; Darlene offered me some delicious beans. I enjoyed hearing about their travels and their camper restoration. I was able to take my dogs on a nice jog down to the waterfront from their place. This was a five-star stay and I would definitely stop again if I am in the area!

Not far off the main routes, easy to find and located very close to services, stores, supplies, etc. Glenn was super laid back and enjoyed visting with both him and his wife. Hope you finish your "project" and get back out on another adventure yourselves. Cheers.

The hosts, Glenn and Darlene, were very friendly and very helpful. The parking was level which our fussy refrigerator requires. Glenn showed us his restoration project of their RV which is making significant progress. They gave us good information about the local sites and all in all our stay was a very enjoyable.

Staying at Darlene and Glen's place was awesome! Great and fun hosts! We got very insightful recommendations for activities in the city and spend the evening chatting in the garden. Their parking area is super flat and quiet. We could walk to the Lake Superior harbour. If you pass by Thunder Bay, make sure you meet this amazing couple!
