We are located in a quiet marina community. Topsail island beaches are 20 minutes away with plenty of provisions and attractions along the way. Downtown Wilmington located 30 mins south that offers a variety of restaurants, historical sites and shopping.

House Rules
No smoking. Please keep pets on a lead and pick up their waste. No generators allowed. Respect quiet hours and leave the space as you found it. The Marina docks and clubhouse are for members only, but you are welcome to walk the perimeter along the sidewalk.
Location
We have a concrete driveway that will also lead to a grassy area to park if you’d like a bit more privacy. Please let us know when you are arriving so we can move our vehicles to accommodate you. Thanks!

Easy access and clear instructions, beautiful house in beautiful neighborhood, safe and quiet, welcoming hosts, they even gave us some delicious homemade cookies, one of the best place we have stayed

We were simply blown away by our stay at Harbor Village View. The home is across the street from the marina in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. Our hosts the Kretzmers even knocked on our door after dinner with freshly baked cookies! Home Run!
