Beachfront RV spot at Magnolia Beach, Texas. Privately owned lot with room for visitors. Magnolia Beach allows two weeks dry camping on the beach, however, if you need to take on water, use electricity, and dump your tanks I charge 15.00 a day. If you are looking for a quiet beach on the Texas Coast, Magnolia is it. We do have a marina with a fishing pier and a restaurant in nearby Indianola. Friday night is steak night there and they have live music. Eat, drink, fish or watch other fish. Great fun. We aren't a touristy type destination, but we are friendly!

I am a writer and full-time with Thor 24.5 class A. Full-timing for four years. I love the beach, traveling (which I've done extensively), meeting new fellow RVers, and I am a native Texan. I love well-behaved dogs, but don't have one right now.I offer full hookups for 20.00 a night, but can only take one guest at a time, unless you can get by with 110.

This is a fantastic location right on the beach. Jinx is a wonderful host and very knowledgeable and entertaining. highly recommended.

We had the pleasure of staying with Jinx in our Class C RV. The site was tight but easy to park, had electrical, water and sewer. Jinx was a lovely host and the spot is right across the beach. As mentioned by other references, it provided a great spot to get an idea of the area and we spent a few days on Magnolia Beach after. We really enjoyed out stay and will definitely be back. Thank you Jinx!

Jinx is a gracious host with a beautiful location. She is also quite the accomplished author as you can find through an Amazon search. I really enjoyed the stay and the ability to do a soft intro to the area before camping on the beach for another 3 days.

We chose not to stay because we didn't need the hookups and Jinx didn't want us to use our generator out of respect for the neighbors. We parked on the beach instead. But she was very kind, accommodating and flexible.

Jinx is friendly and has a great spot right off Magnolia Beach with hookups if you need them. The parking could be a little tight depending on the size of your rig but with our RV (27' end-to-end) we were able to get in and out with relative ease and the ground is quite level. You can stay a max of 2 nights at this location, but if you like the area you can stay for free on Magnolia Beach for up to 14 days, so Jinx's spot is a great way to dip your toes into the area. We enjoyed interacting with her and would happily stay again.
