Access Road Conditions: 2 locations in City of Greater Sudbury, one in city wet end (residence), other at cottage by Kusk Lake. 30 minutes west of downtown Sudbury. Paved road 98% TO Kusk Lake Pending which location we will be. Both easily accessible. Tow Vehicle Parking Details: can be worked out....on or close property.

Beautiful stay at Joe's, stayed two nights right on the lake. We didn't get to meet Joe but he was a great communicator and very helpful. Thanks ao much Joe!

One night stay. Communication with Joe was very good. The lake views were beautiful. Caught the rising of the full harvest moon, WOW. Then sunrise through the mist. Just beautiful. Very quiet and peaceful. Thank you
