I live on a culdesac on the edge of town that is a very peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Suggested Local Attractions:Riverside Park & Zoo is a very nice local attraction. We host "Neewollah" a festive event with parades and lots of entertainment the week prior to Halloween. "Little House on the Prairie" where Laura Ingalls Wilder lived in Kansas is 12 miles from my home.

Journey Onward is my new mantra since I became a widow...my nickname is Jo on the Go! Details: I LOVE to travel, meet new people, hear their stories. My camping buddy is my big sis and we travel together in her 2024 Airstream RV. I live in a quaint little town in Southeast Kansas. My son lives fairly close to me and visits often. I also have a daughter & son-in-law with my 3 precious grandchildren who live in Austin. So I do travel to Texas frequently. Home Town: Independence, Kansas Favorite Boondocking Locations: So many favorites: The UP in Michigan camping along the shores of Lake Superior; Death Valley & Joshua Tree along with Quartzite, AZ is fun in January as well as the Florida Everglades. Skills or Expertise to Share: My only skill is sharing stories with fellow campers and what I've learned from my journey onward!
