Même si notre hôte n'était pas présent, il nous a permis d'utiliser son emplacement. Il nous a envoyé photo et carte, donc très facile à trouver. Comme nous étions que de passage, nous avons bien apprécié sa disponibilité.

Stopped in for one night on short notice while on our long haul home. JR replied immediately even though he was away himself. Although parked near the road (can see why he only has room for a b-class) and on the edge of the village, it was lovely, quiet, and peaceful. It's always such a comfort to know where we will land for the night after driving all day. Too bad we didn't actually meet our host. Hopefully next time.

We stayed with these hosts one of the last days they were in their house by the river, back in September, 2015. They had just sold their home and were getting ready to move further inland, but still in the general area. We thoroughly enjoyed the view of the river and watching the tidal changes. The hosts were very accommodating and helpful, and we recommend them as hosts (even if they aren't still on the river).

Very congenial and quiet stay with JR in small town Quebec. (We marvelled at the tidal range of the Seaway just a few feet from our van.) Cheerfully bilingual, JR has our recommendation as either host or guest. Certainly he would be very welcome at our site.

Unfortunately we arrived in the dark, so we couldn't see the beauty of this spot in the evening we arrived. But the next day we were stoked about the closeness to the Saint Lawrence River. Impressive Spot! Thank you for having us!
