We have one spot for a smallish rig, less than 25 ft. It is on the street which is sometimes busy. It is not completely level and would require leveling blocks. We have parked our rig there easily. I wish we had a better spot but that's the way it is! Slide outs are not an option due to the limited space. We are about 15 miles north of Seattle, the nearest public transportation hub is a mile + away for easy access to the city. We don't request a fee for hookups unless you plan on using air conditioning for extended periods. Suggested Local Attractions:Wineries, Breweries, Lake Washington, Burke Gilman bicycle trail, St. Edward State Park, Seattle (15 miles away, fairly easy transit options)

Jill and Thayer, from Washington State, traveling about in a Rialta RV, looking for adventure! Details: In 2013-14 we spent a year on the road and it was the trip of a lifetime (travel.jillandthayer.net), ...though we plan to do lots more! Some of our best times were when we stayed with Boondockers! I tallied up how many nights over the course of the year that we were hosted and it came to 56 nights! Retired now and keeping to the western USA and Canada. Recent travels include Alaska and Vancouver Is. BC. Home Town: Bothell, Washington, a quiet but growing suburb of Seattle. Located about 15 miles north of the big city. Favorite Boondocking Locations: We've stayed in some interesting places, parking lots of National Park hotels, random neighborhoods in small towns, national and state forests, Walmart.... A very favorite spot was off of the Burr Road in Southern Utah, surrounded by towering cliffs of sandstone and prime redrock desert. Favorites from our year on the road include many places on the Great Lakes, Maritime Canada and New Mexico. Check out our blog/book at http://jillandthayer.net to see some of our favorites. Skills or Expertise to Share: Thayer can fix virtually anything, on a vehicle, bicycle or computer. I can make cookies and pick raspberries in the summer.

Jill and Thayer are lovely hosts, and we enjoyed visiting with them on our first night. We were able to level our van using the blocks they provided, and slept comfortably for 3 nights on their residential street. The street was quiet, although you can hear people leaving for work starting around 6:30am. That didn’t bother us, though. We hope to return to visit again!

Great hosts. Although they were just recovering from COVID, we had some nice visits. They provided great travel advice and a back yard for our dog Dixon to run around in chasing squirrels. Hope to repay the hospitality some time down the road.

Great communication very friendly great spot to hit the trails and access to other things. The road is busy at certain times but at night it’s quiet.

Thayer and Jill are lovely people. You will need levels and if you don't have them then they are kind enough to provide. Their Wifi was strong and I was able to get a lot of work finished. Even though the parking is roadside, there isn't very much traffic and the noise was minimal.
