You can park in front of the house. The front yard also has a table and chairs you can use. You can even pull your BBQ out and use it in the front yard. Suggested Local Attractions:It's the capital of CA, there are museums, great food, and your 2 hours to SF and 2 hours to Lake Tahoe.

No running generators after 10 pm Smoking is ok 420 Friendly Children are ok but must be kept on a leash. Outdoor cooking and off-leash area is our backyard. Our Wifi doesn't make it to the street, so unfortunately, we can't share that.

What a couple of sweeties! J&K were super communicative and responsive and we loved the neighbourhood. Mostly level and super quiet. Highly recommend trying out Skip Burgers!

Julie & Kevin were so accommodating, salt of the earth kind of people. The neighborhood was beautiful, safe & I slept like a baby. im a newbie to my rv & they offered to let me stay longer when I had minor issues with the van. Great accommodations, i hope to stay there again when passing through town - highly recommend.

Friendly hosts, flat spot, no one bothered by my van parked overnight. Nice spot to land overnight.

we truly enjoyed meeting our host Julie & her husband. They had great local information to share with us. the site is street parking in front of their home in a quiet neighborhood. we felt very safe & slept great!

Many thanks to Julie and Kevin for an awesome stay! Real quiet street and neighborhood, Kevin was awful helpful with a couple minor repairs, and you're close to just about everything if you need something in a hurry. I'll be back for sure!
