We are located in sunny Southern California. It is just a curb, but for those visiting or passing thru, it might be just right. We have travelled ourselves across the states and sometimes, just a safe place to park in the city is all that we needed. We hope to share this with you. Please note, that this is ONLY 24 hour parking. Our city does not allow RVs and unattached trailers to stay put for longer. We welcome you to stop for the late night arrival (we are late birds), so you don't have to pay for an extra night of camping in our beautiful but expensive SoCal campgrounds. MAX Length is 65 feet. There is a fire hydrant and you can have a little extra space, but just beware of the citation. Suggested Local Attractions:We are 20 minutes from just about the best SoCal has to offer: beaches, Disneyland, old town Main Streets. And just beyond us, is Los Angeles and San Diego.

House Rules
We welcome late arrivals. 24hr Max 65ft Max Passenger pop outs ok. Driver side will not. Our dogs will bark, but they are just protecting their people. Don't worry they will stop as soon as they see you are nice. No generators please, we have an outlet if needed. Please let us know. It is NOT the one visible on the side of the house. We need to throw the cord over the fence. The one visible will pop the breaker if you have anything with a power draw. It connects to a medical fridge, it is not ok to plug in.

Access Road Conditions: Enter the housing track at Lamplighter St. from Chapman Ave. Tow Vehicle Parking Details: The curb is sufficient for 65ft overall length. There is a fire hydrant and you can have a little extra space, but just beware of the citation.

One in Virginia in the Navy and the other a stay at home mom in Oregon. We are just navigating the grandparenting waters and teenage years LOL Home Town: Orange County, CA Favorite Boondocking Locations: South Dakota; West Virginia; Idaho; Colorado; Tennessee Skills or Expertise to Share: Michael is an avid outdoorsman. It is an amazing spot. If you need to empty your tanks or get propane, Western Propane is like 5 mins away. They also offer fresh water and have a store with pieces for RV. Free air if you need for your tires. It has been very convenient. Kim was amazing and she greeted us. It was such a nice neighbourhood. We had electricity. To us, it was not “Just” and OC Curb but it was home for a bit. She allowed us to stay an extra night since we needed it and she told us to take our time when we left s it was raining super hard. That was peaceful to not be rushed. I really appreciated it.

It is a quiet and safe place on the Street. Our hosts was very friendly and helpful.
