So welcome to our hilltop spread. What was intended for RV service and storage area now becomes your new home for a few days..... Spot is in a leave/Grass/weed/gravel area, Storage covered area and somewhat of a carport structure. All have access to water (to fill) and 15amp power however you may need an extension cord depending on where you decide to part. Please NO HIGH DEMAND use on the power (AC, Electric heaters) while it is a 15 amp service. Just treat it as a 15 to 20 amp service please the circuit shares with my shop and home also. Power has a funny way of adding up in amps on ya. You are more than welcome to use a inverter style generator to handle the AC needs, and if the humidity is up, you'll want it!. Please arrrive with black/grey tanks empty as needed, not to easy to find dump areas around the area. Water is available (seasonal) Just let us know on arrival if cold out. For donations, we ask you to donate to one of the following veteran charities. (PVA, VFW, Tunnels to Towers, Next Rung, and Save a Warrior) There is a donation mailbox at the site. $5 per night is asked to help support the troops, but flexible up to you and your family's budget. There is a good spot to park and walk up to check the spots out before you decide where you can and want to stay.. A few curves and hills to negotiate to get to a setup spot. If you know how to drive your rig pretty well, it should not be a problem. We have a young boy and a 80lbs of dog that loves people. Bring the kids, they're welcome to wear mine out. I'm pretty good at fixing about anything and if home, willing to help out. I work every third day as a fireman so some days are limited. I simply have to meet you before I'll let ya hang out overnight. Everything you need is within two to 3 miles.Cell is limited to about 2 bars at best for verizon and At&t both. NOTE: Not recommended for the lower to the ground Class A motorhomes, need about 12 inches of clearance depending on your length for departure. NOTE- Dogs are very welcome, just need to keep them on the lower hillside of the property, my dog up top is not pet friendly but she is well controlled via wireless fence. She is VERY human friendly however. Please feel free to reach out on my cell text or calling, and definitely on arrival Kerry 770-540-3405 Suggested Local Attractions :Outlet mall for shopping Dawsonville (Race-car hall of fame) (pool room for fans) Helen Ga (German beer town) Dahlonega Ga (Gold rush town) Amicalola Falls and state park. Wow, they made it so easy and we felt very welcome! I'm very new to Rv ownership, so it have me much comfort knowing they were experienced boondockers! Such a beautiful area with fall colors and deer visiting in the morning, our visit could not have been any better! Thanks so much! Semper fi brother!

Nice location while visiting the nearby state parks / Helen area. Site is peaceful & quiet. Nice family w/ great communication. Electric & water very much appreciated. Getting into the site so that we were mostly level and able to hook up to both electric & water was a bit of a challenge, but once we found our spot, it was a great place to be. If in the area again, we would return.

Wonderful family with a beautiful place! Communication was quick and directions were easy to understand. Kerry hooked us up with water and power and the location was pretty level. The fall views on the morning were stunning and then to have a deer walk through was just heaven! This was my first Boondocker/ Harvest host experience. We'd gladly visit again. Semper fi to a fellow brother!

It's a gravel and curvy road but once you are into the camper site it's surrounded by trees and quiet. Very relaxing. I see why this family lives here. Very easy and friendly people.

We stayed for two nights 09/18/22. Very lovely wooded site. The family is so very gracious and hospitable. And if you have any RV questions Kerry is an expert. Very peaceful stay. We will definitely plan another stay.
