Awesome overnight stay - peaceful and quiet and the electric was a bonus! Really enjoyed meeting and chatting with you both and will send you info about the beaches in TX - small world and maybe we will see you down there in a couple of months! Thank you again!

We only stayed one night, Rick and Sandy were so accommodating. We had a solid place to park our 36ft motor home next to the garage for 30 amp electric. We were starved so found our way to the Floopy Crappie for an early supper. Thunderstorms rolled through overnight but we felt fairly protected and secure. PS: They have the most adorable grandkids and new puppies. Great stay.

Rich and Sandy are the best hosts. They had great suggestions for places to go and see as well as grocery close by. So friendly and great people. I slept so great in their quiet homestead. We had a level place and access to everything we needed. We would love to come back just to see them. Thanks so much

Neither one of us are pleased with new website. Messages were not received to host. But the spot was great, quiet, and spacious. They weren’t home but gate was wide open so we were lucky to stay there! Thanks so much, and look forward to your stay with us up north!
