James and Karri were very nice and accomodating. Talked for a while and they are very interesting. The grandchildren were very cute and well behaved. Military flyovers/practice were pretty cool!

Host met us and helped guide us in. Plenty of room to turn around and get set up. Nice quiet stop only issue to be aware of would be the "stickies" if you have a dog. Friendly and knowledgeable host for sure.

Friendly couple with well behaved grandchildren welcomed us to their homestead. Pros: wonderful people, including another boondocker, Greg in his schoolie, easy access, level parking, 110 electrical & James, the mechanic. Cons: we rolled up & stored r indoor carpet to make dealing with the sand burrs easier, Shaffer Air Force Base flight path overhead & local rooster quit at dusk, for a quiet night’s sleep. Kari, James & grandkids were fun people. Thanks guys!

James & Karri very friendly & Offered us water & electric ! We met friends there & our parking area was wide open lots of room! Very quiet at night & the days the military jets would fly over! Awesome to see & love to hear the sounds of freedom
