semi-retired couple that loves to travel and meet new people Details: We are an active couple that likes bike riding (mountain and road), hiking and kayaking. We love to travel with our dog, Cooper. Cooper is a mini Australian Sheppard; he loves to join us on our adventures. Dave is hobby wood-worker and a heavy duty mechanic by trade. I (Jen) am an avid fitness enthusiast and teach fitness classes when not travelling. We both love to cook and entertain. Home Town: We live in Kelowna, BC. Favorite Boondocking Locations: We have traveled through much of BC, we love the Okanagan and the Kootenays. We also love Oregon and California. We are just beginning our exploration of the rest of Canada and the US and know we'll fall in love with many more places. Skills or Expertise to Share: Dave is a heavy duty mechanic by trade and a general handy man. He can fix or modify just about anything! I (Jen) love to bake and cook, I also enjoy tinkering with Dave in the shop and am pretty good on the CNC machine and other wood working tools! There are lots of great things to do in Kelowna...here are a couple suggestions: Myra Canyon Trestles- you can rent a bike to ride the KVR kettle valley railway and see the amazing restored trestles. Kangaroo Farm....30 to 40 mi a away...super fun lots of great animals and $10 entry fee. Pub - BNA is a great pub downtown with excellent food and bowling!

Dave & Jen are wonderful! Such an amazing location, close to wineries & hiking trails. We are so thankful for their hospitality, and they even hooked us up so we could charge our batteries. Thank you for the warm welcome!

Dave and Jen were very pleasant and helpful. Dave helped guide us in to our parking stall and back out again. He even added air to a low tire. We hooked up to power and water and said he did not want payment but did accept a cash donation for electricity.

Kind hosts, good local information. Great spot high in the hills over Kelowna, handy to cycling the Myra Canyon trestles

A bit of a climb up the driveway and I turned around to back into the parking spot. Our RV is 27feet with the bikes on the back and it was no problem at all. Thanks for the safe and pleasant stay.

Jen and Dave are AWESOME! My husband and I were traveling in from America, and Dave was so helpful giving us ideas to go. We loved chatting with him. :) He also offered power free of charge! We were so thankful. They were cold nights, so it was great being able to run our little space heater! Thank you so much, Dave. :)
