We are an 18 acre home within 3 miles of Cazenovia Lake - Dairy & horse farm country. There are wineries, breweries and distilleries within 8 miles - multiple waterfall parks within a dozen miles. Plenty of hiking trails and state lands.

Do not let dogs run free by house and pole barn due to our pets.
Location
We have a 333' curved driveway. MUST enter from the west due to curves. Driveway ends in a 1/10th Acre paved area between house and pole barn. Have had full size coach buses turn around in this area.

Stayed 2 nights and camping spot was great, nice trails to walk also. Ken was a great host and even bought a paper in am for us. We viewed 3 waterfalls close by and ate out in Cazenovia at McCarthy pup recommend this stay over.

What a wonderful place to stay! Easy access and the hosts were so kind and welcoming! We will stay again when we are passing through.
