Our glamorous old driveway awaits you. We're on 3 acres in the mountains. It's a quiet neighborhood nearby Mission Ridge Ski Resort and just 15 minutes from town. We have a normal house electrical hookup (15 amp) and garden hose you can use if you'd like (will need your own 50 foot extension to connect). It's great city water, not a well. Welcome to use wifi but the signal will be weak out there. FYI Verizon is only carrier with signal, and it too is pretty weak. Must be very comfortable reversing your trailer to complete the 3-point turn. https://youtu.be/B-mbvLryM7w Suggested Local Attractions:Many bike and hiking trails. Mission Ridge to ski in Winter. Wenatchee is just 15 minutes down the road with great restaurants and breweries.

House Rules
No outside campfires. Quiet hours/ no gens after 10pm please. Your pets may roam free, just know that the neighborhood has other free-roaming dogs, elk, mountain lion, etc. Quiet generators only. Your electrical hookup is a standard house plug, wired to a 20 amp breaker. So if you run too many things at once it will pop and we can't guarantee we'll be home to reset it. It's a 70 foot long orange cord laying on the ground near the camper spot. It's a GFI no the outside of our house, feel free to reset it if that pops. A green light indicates power is live.
Location
Access Road Conditions: While there is plenty of space you must be skilled at reversing, there is no pull-through and a tight 3-point turn is mandatory (see video). https://youtu.be/B-mbvLryM7w You'll be parking in our glamorous paved driveway next to our house. Some driving on grass will be required for the turn. The reward is worth it for nice views, starry nights, and quiet mountains. If you're not highly comfortable backing up a trailer then maybe this is not the driveway for you. If you are, come for a stay! The entire driveway has a slight slope, or you can park on the concrete pad which is totally flat but is not very long. Either is OK. Tow Vehicle Parking Details: Plenty of space to park a tow vehicle next to your trailer or on the grass. Or just stay connected if you prefer.

My wife and I are skiers, bikers, and runners with 3 acres in the mountains to host fellow RV owners. We travel on occasion with our trailer and 2 cats inside. In 2023 we will spend a few months living in it as well, and may someday use this app for visiting other folks as well. But we primarily are hosts, just to help folks who need a free place to park. We spent 2 nights here, and were extra glad for the safe and comfortable space. We were having some issues with our transmission and the owners were helpful with suggestions and following up to check that we were okay once on our way. This was much appreciated. They also recommended hikes nearby. The setting was peaceful. Would definitely recommend.

Great communication, really sweet, peaceful stay. Stayed two night but didn’t get to meet my hosts as they were out on an adventure and yet kindly gave me a place to stay and said to make myself at home. Also a nice spot for my dogs to run. I will definitely stay again one day. Sandyfeet

Super friendly host! We got in a bit late last night. Our host was so accommodating, had no problem with it and left electric cord outside for us to hook up our RV. We will visit with them longer when we return to Washington next summer!

We loved our stay here and left with two new, adventure loving friends! We had a great time getting to know our hosts and were so thankful for their hospitality. Plus the location is great for exploring town! Would definitely stay here again!
