Had to arrive a bit later than expected due to traffic along the journey, but remained in touch via text to ensure there were no surprises for anybody. Most friendly hosts in a safe residential neighbourhood, close to the downtown. Helped me out with a missing bolt and enjoyed our chats about Roadtrek ownership! Looking forward to meeting up again soon!

Andre and Linda were lovely hosts, hooking us up with 15amp and water, and offering key tips on the sightseeing highlights in the area. We slept well in their shaded driveway, and left fresh for the Kingston Mills locks. We might have driven right past this historic string of river locks, had Andre not mentioned them. Seeing, hearing, and learning about “local sights” is key to a camper’s nomadic life style. Andre’s knowledge of the area made our stay all the more memorable. Fascinating how today’s boats, as well as the river boats in the 1800’s, travel upriver. A really nice stretch.

I really appreciated my stay at Kingston. André and Linda were very nice. Very quiet place: I slept like a baby.
