Location
Access Road Conditions: We have two locations for parking depending on amenities requested/needed and length of stay. The primary as well as secondary are located off a side street and are easily accessible by the longest of rigs off a well traveled main road. None are gravel or dirt. Primary spot: There is a large rocks on the corner of one side of the driveway marking the edge of the drive/yard and those with passenger side slides will want to hug the driver's side of the driveway when backing in so they don't rub the pine trees when slides are out. Driver side slides are no problem. Height of rig for this spot can not exceed 12'4" as there is a sagging utilities wire that sits at 12'6" on a calm no weather event day. Secondary spot: No hookups but a safe place to park. Can get basic electric to charge house battery but not run ac in this location if needed. Max length 40' slides on either side of rig okay. Tow Vehicle Parking Details: We have driveways located adjacent to the courtesy spot for parking availability if need be. Depending on length of rig will depend on amenities available due to turning radius to enter full hookup parking area.

Home bound waiting start being a nomad Details: Mike and Loren have two little humans and work during the week but venture out on weekends to camp so we don't get very far. Once retired we plan to explore the US as much as we can. Loren is a teacher. Mike is a a quality control test engineer. Home Town: When we are not out on an epic adventure, we live in a small farming community. Everyone knows everyone here. Plenty of sidewalks and golf courses. We are located 35 min southwest of Cleveland so we are close to all of the attractions like the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, the "Emerald Necklace" of Cuyahoga Valley National Park, and not far from the Pro Football Hall of Fame. Close to Lake Erie and Cedar Point! Favorite Boondocking Locations: So far the driveway! haha! SOON! very very soon! Skills or Expertise to Share: Loren has been camping and towing since birth. Her parents always had her out as a kid. Her father lives on property and also is an avid camper with tons of experience as well and he has traveled all over the US. Mike is a pretty handy guy and is tech savy. Mike & Loren have camping experience in tents, popup campers, vintage airstreams, and currently are in a Shadow Cruiser while working on their vintage Argosy.

We were welcomed as we were coming down the street. As our host was explaining to us about where and how to park, the neighbors were joking asking the host if she needed help to back in. All in good fun as we all got a laugh to start things out. We were invited to join the host and family for a cookout in the side yard. Great family that made us feel welcome and we appreciated that we did have to figure something out for dinner after being on the road all day We enjoyed ourselves and highly recommended this host as we would definitely request to stay here again if we are ever going to be passing through again.

Although it was only an overnight stay to rest and recharge, we enjoyed the accommodations made by Iwood. This area of Ohio has quaint little towns with their own personality. Iwood has many options for the RV traveler and is big on making you feel relaxed and comfortable.

First of all, the hosts are so friendly! After helping us park in the perfectly level spot, showing us hook up locations, and welcoming us, they gave us time to settle in and enjoy a short nap. Easy back-in site! It’s wonderful, because it’s in a nice neighborhood, but the trailer faced into lovely pine trees, giving a feeling of privacy. So nice! After we settled, we joined the hosts and family in a nice visit in their yard. They are interesting and fun folks—we would definitely stay there again—next time for a bit longer to explore the area. A big thanks to our hosts for recommending a better way to reconnect with I-90 and continue our travels.

Friendly, inviting, helpful host!! Great stay! Water, electricity and sewer all there and it was a super nice parking spot. We sat outside last night and enjoyed company with our host. We look forward to returning so we can actually explore Ohio.
