We enjoyed our time here. We managed to get our monster of a 5th wheel in and somewhat level; definitely worked for us! I was able to spend the day working in the peace and quiet. Great communication and very welcoming!

What a wonderful host, so kind and gracious. Great communications, very fast response. A super quiet place right out front. Interesting to learn of the Air BNB turquoise RV.

Great communication with the host. Nice quiet neighborhood. We stayed two nights. Hubby and I spent the weekend exploring the National Battlefield sites in the area. Would stay again.

Host has great communication and really wants you to feel at home. We have a 38 foot Class A. Access was very easy and they had us park on one side of the driveway next to their large class A. Driveway is packed gravel. We could not get fully level side to side without blocks under our tires. We did have a pleasant stay at this quiet, safe, small neighborhood location. Our T mobile didn't work here but with full sky available our Starlink and solar worked perfect. We found it very convenient to Fredericksburg. Thanks for being a host. Cheers.

when we pulled up, the cows across the street all came to the fence and were talking to us♥️. our host had a goat that was talking to us in the backyard. it was a nice quiet night. our hosts could not have been more accommodating. she even shared her internet p/w. great stay! would definitely would stop again if in the area.
