The host we met was super nice and helpful. She recommended hikes and swimming places on the Bruce peninsula, and we enjoyed talking with her. The parking spot is quiet and a bit removed from the house. We would highly recommend staying with these hosts!

This was our first boondocking trip. We found the hosts to be very warm and hospitable. We enjoyed conversations on various topics! Their space is specular and naturally well maintained. Words simply cannot describe it. Place was very quiet and a hidden gem. The area is very beautiful although parks were fully booked. If going to see grotto, must have prior booking. Their dog is very cute and friendly. They both shared their knowledge about the natural habitat and gave us some willow plant clippings to plant as well. We just finished planting them. I think they have set the standard high for boon docking for us. We just got home and told our kids all about it. We feel we made friends for life! I already plan to host a special tandoori chicken dinner for them on our next trip in fall. They made us feel like we know them for a long time. My husband is talker so he really enjoyed sharing ideas with them. They also let us have a tour of their special property and offered us a second night invite which we gladly took! Due to their hospitality we able to explore the Bruce peninsula area a d we loved it. We hope to back in the fall to see fall colours. Once again thank you! 🙏
