Enough area for one rv or travel trailer with one tent. You will have peacefull lake views from where you are parked. Parking area is a grassy flat area. Shoreline is mostly sandy bottom which makes it great for a quick swim and cool off. Also have small dock for a few cast. Canoes and kayaks are welcome or some are available aswell. We are located on a small quiet lake and is meant to stay that wa. Fresh Water is availble to fill up water tank. Enough electricity can be accessible overnight to charge batteries if needed. There is a dumping station aproximetly 8 km away. Wifi also available apon request but at limited speeds. We are located approximately 5 min or 7km from highway 17. Property is approximately 1 acre and owners also live on property. The home can be seen from the parking area along with the lakeview. Because the owners live on the property we ask that you respect that this is also their home and to try to keep the noise on the lower level (This is not a party place). It is more suited for travelers traveling highway 17 and need a peaceful place to spend a night or two. Suggested Local Attractions:Leisure farms picking and bakery and Fort museum aproximetly 20 min away on town of sturgeon falls

Access Road Conditions: Gravel roads for aproximetly 2.5 km to location There is some taller tress on the property but usually can be avoided. There is a turn around at the end of the road if needed. Nice little spot and although did not meet Julses our communication was smooth and met his partner and their dog and they were very nice. Ground was a bit uneven but nothing that couldn't be resolved with some levelling blocks. Didn't get a chance to jump in the lake although it was offered as available (it was cold and rainy). Would stay again!

The host was not home when we arrived, but instructions as to where to park were clear, and easy. After we were parked for a couple of hours the host came back, and we did meet for a breed moment.

We just stopped for a quick overnight traveling from MI to Ottawa, ON. The hosts were friendly, offered power and gave us an easily accessible spot. They were very responsive to messages. Google Maps took us right to their place. We didn’t see much of them as I had an injury that needed attention and we left early then next morning. We would definitely go back though.

I got the stay date wrong. I thought it was Saturday; however, it turned out to be Sunday. My bad, as "they" say. No problems for our host. Once again, we had a quiet night, good internet, cool evenings, and a bit of conversation w/our host when he returned home. This location is on our "to visit again" list. Many thanks.
