House Rules

Please respect the neighborhood by not walking on neighbors' properties and/or Flying Drones. No Smoking on the property; No Generator noise and/or Outdoor Lights illuminated after 9pm; Quiet times are 9pm-6am. Please leave the property as clean or cleaner than you arrived/dispose of any trash on your own. Pets are allowed, but Please pick up after your pet and No Loud Dog Barking. You may request with owner if more than one overnight stay is needed. Fresh water is available when requested. Please practice camping etiquette and do not knock on front door of Host's house unless it is an emergency. I provide 2 generous parking spaces. If you have a trailer/5th wheel/or tow vehicle, and extend into the street (while connected), you'll need to disconnect to park your rig and vehicle separately/side-by-side. If you have RV slides, please park to accommodate any trees and/or fence line. Please use your generator for A/C as electric plug-in can not support the surge needed, unfortunately. Please remember that this is "Boondocking" and an electrical plug in, fresh water refill option, and free WIFI is a courtesy. As the warm months are a popular time, my boondockers hosting schedule fills up fast and often there are back-to-back visiting boondockers. Please respect the arrival and departure times specified in your welcome packet; i.e. arrival after 12noon/date of departure NLT 10am. Your consideration is appreciated. Schedule permitting, Host is open to early arrival/late departure requests. Thank you in advance :) and I look forward to hosting you and your next adventure.

Lana is a kind and gracious host. It can be difficult to find places to stay in the Denver area, so we in the RV community are lucky to have people like Lana who are generous to offer their space. We have a 24 foot motor home and a small toad and Lana's driveway had plenty of room for us. It was easy in and easy out. We appreciated the use of electric for a small fee since it was a hot weekend and we could run a fan at night. Lana even gifted us homemade pesto and went the extra mile to make it vegan, as we don't eat dairy. Overall an excellent stay with a lovely host. Thank you again, Lana!
