Inverter generators preferred. None before 8:00 AM or after 9:00 PM out of respect for our neighbors. Prefer no loose dogs but okay if kept under owner's control and cleaned up after. Keep your butts if you smoke. There is a trash collection site about a mile from our house if you need to dispose of trash, with a $5 minimum fee. We have to take our trash there.
Location
Access Road Conditions: Paved road right up to our driveway. I park a 19' travel trailer, 24' pontoon boat, and other smaller trailers with no problem. Two blocks off a major highway. One sharp right turn, no long driveway, and no low hanging trees or power lines. Tow Vehicle Parking Details: Park beside or in front of the RV Garage shown in my 2nd picture. Your weight and any recent rain will determine if you are on the grass or on the gravel. Power just inside the big garage door. Space to park the tow or towed vehicle on gravel. Another gravel spot is accessible for vans, Class B (20' or so) if the primary spot is taken. 30 amp service and water also available there. You must travel across grass to get there.

We had no problem with parking (25' RV with room for tow vehicle). Conversation with Dave was pleasant, and he had some good ideas for places to visit. They had the fire pit already set up, waiting to be lit. Thank you, Kelly and Dave, for a restful stay.

Hosts went out of their way to help us set up. Let us borrow their power cable to make the connection to their 30amp service. Beautiful County setting, highly recommend and will stay again when in the area.

We are so appreciative of the opportunity this couple offers to fellow RV travelers. This was actually our second visit to this peaceful rural setting. Having access to the electric hookup was a real plus this time. Conversations were great.
