Hello we are empty nesters from Northern Colorado that have been RVing for 7 years. We would like to transition into full time RVing in the future. Currently travel with our dog Rukus (blue tick/meth lab). Our favorite destination is where the truck takes us.

Our host was great, loved the amount of space to go hiking with our doggos. It is a gravel road for much of the drive but it's a very nice gravel road. Takes a bit to level on the space but definitely doable, bring sufficient blocking is all. Do not rely on Verizon or AT&T cell coverage as it's very spotty.

It was way out in the middle of nowhere, but turned out to be worth the 7 mile drive on a gravel road. Upon arrival we weren’t sure where to set up but just followed the road around to where we found the most level space. Nice quiet place to stay for the night. Never met the hosts, but were greeted by three friendly dogs. Thanks for a nice place to spend the night.

We were pleasantly surprised to have access to water the whole time, as its not in their description. Their dogs were a little gang of cuties, greeting us whenever we came back and then coming by at dusk to say goodnight. Only thing that sucked was we couldn’t get wifi access! But there are libraries 45 mins away for if you really need it.

We had a great stay here. The owners were the nicest people. The dirt road north heading towards Wyoming is rough with washboards, but the road heading south to FT Collins is fine.
