Our location is past the end of a dead-end street so it is somewhat private and secluded from the residential street. We enjoy our privacy and the peace and quiet and hopefully our guests will enjoy the same. Parking will be on a large lawn which is normally pretty solid and dry. Don't be surprised to see deer wandering around the yard.

Certified Leisureologist Details: I am mostly retired although my wife is still quite active with her business, the Comfort Zone Cafe a few miles away right in Hamburg. (a great cafe and gift shop to visit while in town). I have a laser engraving business and do some woodworking which I enjoy. I have a number of gift type items on display. Any business is appreciated but certainly not expected or required. We're at the point in our lives where we do a little bit of traveling and expect to be doing more. Home Town: Where in the small town of Boston New York just south of Buffalo. Skills or Expertise to Share: Over the years I've done a little bit of a lot of things but at this point I enjoy woodworking as a hobby as well as my laser engraving business. My wife still gets a lot of satisfaction from running her small Cafe in town a few miles away.

Chuck and Cindy were great hosts, very helpful, friendly, inviting and welcoming!! Chuck offered us water for our camper and invited us and our boys right in to see his work shop and his new "toys". Our boys enjoyed the ride on his gator thru the woods and down to the creek. The big open grass area was nice for our kids to run around. Even though it rained a lot on our stay and the grass was pretty soggy, we still got out no problem. It was about an hour drive to Niagara Falls from their house, avoiding the toll roads. He said it was about 45 minutes using the toll roads. We also enjoyed lunch at the Comfort Zone Cafe, which Cindy runs. Nice, quiet place!

Super kind hosts! Stayed 3 nts at their hidden oasis! Really safe and quiet and great place to walk our dogs. Got to visit with the host and see his wonderful wood art! Ditched our rig and had a great time at Niagara and beautiful little hike nearby to Eternal Flame. Highly recommend!!

This was a fantastic Boondocker spot! We stayed three nights. We utilized the electric. We were asked alongside the barn on the grass. There were five deer that passed through each evening. The hosts are super friendly and visited for awhile. A very quiet and peaceful spot. Would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The hosts were friendly and welcoming. Just a few moments ater we arrived, another couple parked next to us. We enjoyed their company, and listened to their many stories of travel. My husband even jotted down some things for us to remember on our journey. We would definitely recommend it, and will stay here again.
