Fabulous waterfront property on Lake Nippising in North Bay. We live on a quiet street where you can relax and enjoy the view. Guests are welcome to walk down to the beach area behind the house where there will be chairs to sit in. Kids can play in the water. North Bay's Cascades Casino is less than 5km away. Reserve a boat cruise on Chief Commanda II a short drive away (reservations necessary) or take a stroll downtown and visit the museum. Northgate Shopping Centre 8km away but lots of outdoor plazas closer.

Hello, Dan and I moved recently to North Bay, Ontario as we retired last year. We are new to Boondockers and looking forward to travelling in our travel trailer. We have 2 grandchildren that are 8 and 10 years old that live a couple of hours south of us. We are fortunate that they can come and visit us occasionally. Dan and I enjoy spending time together and we just joined a car club in North Bay. Dan is an antique car enthusiast which keeps him pretty busy.

Dan and Linda meet us as we arrived and helped us get settled into our spot for the night. All that despite the rain. We were offered electric and water (they had 15, 30 and 50 amp). Half hour later we were having tea and cake in their gazebo overlooking the lake. We had a great talk about various subjects. They did all this despite that fact they were leaving the next day on a trip of their own. Could not ask for nicer people. A must stop if you have a motorhome under 25 feet (their size limit). The best!

With the blistering hot weather, it was awesome to have access to the lake to cool down and power to run the AC. A very lovely place and really nice people.

A beautiful, picturesque, quiet setting and wonderful hosts who offered places to sit and relax by the shore and in a gazebo. A return visit is in the future! P&J
