Driveway available in East Richmond! Located across from a park and walking distance to either the north or south arms of the Fraser River. Central location with easy access to major roadways and public transit. Take the bus to the Skytrain station and head to downtown Vancouver in 40 minutes. Historic Steveston Village is 20 km away, and is accessible by transit if you prefer not to drive. You’ll have to share the space with my camper van, but there is enough room for a 24-foot rig. Your tow vehicle can be parked on the street. You likely won’t be able to extend your awning. Guests are welcome to use the back yard patio area to relax.

House Rules
15 amp electrical hookup is available to recharge your batteries, but please don’t run your microwave or air conditioner. Your propane BBQ or camp stove is ok to use in the backyard, but no charcoal BBQs are allowed. No smoking on the property. This is a quiet neighbourhood; please respect quiet hours from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am.

You’ll have to share the space with my camper van, but there is enough room for a 24-foot rig. Your tow vehicle can be parked on the street. House is on a residential street, often with cars parked on the side; there is room to maneuver a trailer, but you'll need to be careful.

Stayed beside Big Blue mid August and was warmly greeted by our host. Power and water offered of which we only needed power. we felt very safe in this location and had a restful night.

Our host was so kind and generous, what a wonderful home, and lovely location across from a very nice park. Great visit and very convenient to the sights in the greater Vancouver area. Very nice place to visit for sure
