Our little slice of country life. We are on 5 acres in the Sierra foothills with horse ranches, vineyards and olive orchards nearby. We are 10 minutes from restaurants, grocery store and gas stations. 20 minutes from scenic Highway 49 through the gold country.

No smoking, no wood fires. We have a dog which will need to greet any other dogs brought on the property.
Location
Parking is on a mostly level gravel pad next to our barn. Pull straight in and your curbside will face the foothills. Remember to leave space if you have slides.
