This is warehouse parking. It is located right next to a marina with boat launch availability. We have recently cleared the entire area behind the warehouse to use for an evening of rest and relaxation. This space will give your pets and you room to move around. You are 5 blocks away from the SS Badger that sails between Ludington and Manitowoc, WI once or twice a day from May through October. You are literally right next to some of the best Charter Boat fishing - text for names and numbers. You are less than 10 miles from Ludington State Park - this has been rated #1 in Michigan for state parks for more than ten years - where there are miles of hiking, biking, and tubing available. There are miles of public beaches nearby along with many shops and breweries in the downtown area (5 blocks away). Other great tourist information readily available - almost everything you want is HERE! Good spot with a little slope (only minor adjustment needed). At first I was a little nervous since this was described as a warehouse area but you're actually walking distance to town and I felt very safe. Met Mike and Shelly who were kind enough to drop by to say hi. Definitely recommend.

We stayed here because it is only 5 blocks from the SS Badger ferry. Easy to find. Although we did not meet host, and it was not necessary, the host communicated with us timely.

We arrived off the SS Badger at 7 pm. Took a small tour of Ludington before heading to the location for the night. Easy to find, convenient, quite even saw a couple of deer in the morning down by the river. Great place to explore for a couple of days. Wonderful hosts. Thanks again

Quiet and convenient overnight parking within easy walking distance of the waterfront and downtown businesses. We never met the hosts but they gave us clear directions before our arrival and their place was a great home base for exploring Ludington!

Excellent communication, flat driveway, quiet area and close to town! What more could a boondocker ask for. The Blu moon is excellent and the public beach is wonderful. Tha k you so much for a place to park for the night! Cheers!
