Retired, married couple that wants to use RV more than we do. I could live full time out of the RV in a heart beat; my wife prefers to have a permanent place to call home. Favorite Boondocking Locations: Along the roads in Canada (Alberta, BC, Yukon). Skills or Expertise to Share: I'm happy to give free advice on investments, but you know what free advice is worth ;-)

Doug and Karen are wonderful hosts. Beautiful views, great weather, wonderful camping spot. Saw hot air balloons, powered parachutes, and other aviation, but none of it was noisy or intrusive in any way. Great vistas with the mountains behind Colorado Springs. Higher and far enough away from the city to be just right. High plains. Couldn't be better, will be on our short list if ever in this area again.

Beautiful location. The views are amazing. The hosts were great. Easy access to the property and a nice level parking space. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful site! Host met us as we pulled in. Great views, all directions. Good access to Colorado Springs. I also loved the aviation activity in the area. Military traffic, ultralights, powered parachutes, and the site overlooked a small airport. Aviation bliss.

Our hosts were so very kind and accommodating, even to the point of adjusting our arrival and departure dates due to required doctor's appointments. We thoroughly enjoyed our lively conversation around the campfire with a view of Pikes Peak in the background. We highly recommend this host.
