Fine spot. Lee told me the shortest most direct to Lake Michigan so I could go walk in the waters of the north. Being that I'm a Florida girl. Very nice beach. Parking was steep $15. Oh well it was all in the adventure.

Very kind and helpful hosts to us first timer BWs. Fellow boondockers! Very responsive communications. Lee went out of his way to accommodate our travel companion so that we could have an extra site, rather than just the one for us. A very secure and quiet location overlooking the countryside and the wandering sand hill crane in their lower yard. Easy access with a convenient circular driveway. Several wetland "lakes" within a short walk. Twenty minutes from Berrien County birding hot spots.

Our hosts were very gracious, helpful, and accommodating. I was a able to easily level my camper van with simple leveling ramps. It is always a pleasure to meet nice new people and I enjoyed our conversations. It was very quiet and I felt very relaxed while observing turkey, crane, and nesting bluebirds on the property.

This host was very helpful and friendly. He met me at the driveway and helped me find a spot for my 20 foot trailer, offering 3 choices. The area is lovely, and the setting is easy in, easy out, and quite nice. The host was very thoughtful, and made it clear that I should use my air conditioner in the high heat and humidity. I will definitely stay here again if I pass this way.
