Be advised that our location, within the Northumberland Hills, has no cell service and therefore no internet service. Friendly! Warren greeted us and showed us where to park and offered us electric hookup. The weather was nasty so we didn't get to know him but he sure has a friendly smile. Look forward to staying there again.

excellent location with easy access on paved laneway and electricity available. Close to atv trails and a nearby donkey sanctuary. Warren was most helpful and highly recommend

Warren and Lorna are very kind and hospitable people. We really enjoyed our time at there property. Warren is an avid dirt biker, and has an extensive knowledge about trail riding and touring. Lots of tools and a big work shop which is right up my alley.

Great place and nice people! We are 39 ft and backing in was a little difficult.
